Anyone who already owns the games on previous consoles will be able to upgrade for free, be it the PS4 to digital PS5 upgrade option or Xbox Smart Delivery. PC players will also be able to download a free upgrade patch.
These enhancements will include ray tracing, 3D audio, and higher frame rates. The titles will also integrate the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for the DualSense controller on the PlayStation 5. Anybody that already owns the games on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will be able to download a digital upgrade for the games for no additional cost. Capcom has also said that PC players will be receiving a free patch also containing these visual upgrades alongside the console releases, also free of charge.

This trend first began back in the eighties and nineties with many PC games needing to be installed using stacks of floppy discs, though it eventually petered out in the early two-thousands with the release of high-capacity DVDs. Before it did though, it enjoyed one final hurrah, with more than fifty multi-disc games being released on the PlayStation 1. I like it! Yea the multiple games a month was a bit much. I found myself skipping some and then trying to go back and finish them when I caught up. This is good though. I've really been looking forward to Ryse so that will be awesome in January. Resident evil 7 will be only my 2nd playthrough of a RE game. I played through RE 5 which I found to be fun as a co-op game but 7 seems completely different so far and I like the change. Looking forward to carrying on with our Game Club and reading you guy's thoughts on the games.
Yes, we could fire up the old PlayStation 3, download purchased PSP games and then transfer them to Vita, but that takes time. We'd much rather download them straight to the system. With this in mind, Sony needs to make more PSP hits available. 2ff7e9595c
