Videolan Vlc Activex Plugin V2 Axvlc.dll: How to Install and Use in Microsoft Access

Question. I want to stream a rtsp feed from an IP CCTV camera. I can do this in the VLC client by going to Media Open network Stream and typing rtsp://172.16.20.11/channel1 Any ideas how I can do this in the VLC udf/activex plugin?
